its been quite on town, every one in on holidays...France germany....Italy...and everyone is enjoying good weather...including the family van der Veen in Aduard :)

Paul is playing with the kids at the moment on the WII. yes in stead of going to the gym 2 a week we've deicided that its a lot more fun to do it together!! i knocked paul out with boxinh last night....we had sooo much fun!!! our fitness age is 50 and 45 at the moment...so we have to do some jogging every night!!!! :)

the kids love bowling!!! Naomi is pretty good at it!!

well i shall make some dinner...church starts at 7 in Zuidhorn.
